The Missouri Driver Improvement Program (DIP) is a state-authorized DIP course that helps eligible Missouri drivers prevent points from being added to their license after a moving violation. Under Missouri Revised Statute 302.302(5), drivers may complete an approved DIP course — with court permission — and submit MO Form 4444 to the Missouri Department of Revenue for point removal.
